We'll see in time. Why unfortunately? Are Sky not good for boxing?
I don’t think it’ll take very long tbh. Maybe two years something like that. You’ll start to see fighters leaving Matchroom for Boxxer in the near future, just like they began leaving Warren for Matchroom back in 2012/13. Warren had Groves, DeGale, Bellew, Cleverly, Brook, Chisora, Saunders, Gavin etc when he left Sky. They all ended up back at Sky eventually. Sky dominate the boxing and sports industry in this country. Unfortunately that’s never likely to change.Comment

Yes sir that’s him. The one and only vlogger I never miss. And he has been spot on
I haven’t mate. Not too sure who that is tbh. Is it that Hatman Strikes Back dude? I don’t watch too much on YouTube tbh. Only really Boxing Asylum every Sunday.
It was always going to happen though. Hearn’s success was largely if not solely down to Sky’s backing. I don’t think DAZN understood that and that’s why their venture into boxing has been so disastrous.Comment

Sky have massive, and I mean MASSIVE reach amongst sports fans in the UK by way of being the major football broadcaster, so they can easily make UK stars by just having them on their football chat shows etc.
Unfortunately they are ran by Adam Smith and a very PC brigade who make their shows awful to watch, they feel very sterile and corporate
Hearn made a big mistake leaving them though as DAZN has clearly not panned out as expected, and tbf on this it's far from all Hearns fault as DAZN excecs have failed to secure any other sport except boxing, so hearn is having to carry the entire platform when he was just supposed to carry the boxing component of it.Comment

The Sky model isn’t good for the fans. Anything decent is slung behind a paywall. The glory days of Benn-Eubank pulling in 18 million viewers on ITV are long behind us unfortunately. Sky have ostensibly priced the terrestrial channels out of the sport in the UK.Comment

Good Signing! Fans like to see New Stars Emerge and be built from the ground up, I would rather Promotions do THIS instead of just running and signing familiar names and overpaying them
I see a lot of James DeGale in Whittaker, has the slickness, rhythm, athleticism, quickness but SugarHill can clearly help with the Power and Controlled AggressionComment
