I saw Canelo fans 6 months ago calling Bivol absolute trash, saying that he was a ducker and a cherry picker, clout chasing Canelo, blatantly ducking Ramirez, was a basic 1-2 fighter. Not just 1 or 2 but dozens of them.

Canelo haters were saying this was a complete cherry pick, that Bivol is trash, that he had zero chance of winning. Do you even watch boxing?? How is it possible that you didn't see what some of us saw that this guy was many levels above canelo's recent opponents?

I'll admit I was wrong that my prediction was this was a 50-50 fight. I did not expect Bivol to dominate the way he did. Can others admit their mistakes?

I saw a lot of people here giving Bivol a good chance. I had Bivol winning but getting robbed, that was the shocking part to me with Bivol actually getting the official win. Thought Canelo was an idiot taking this low reward/high risk fight over more lucrative and easier fights with Charlo and Benavidez.

As the fight came closer people fell for the hype. I thought that Canelo could dig into another gear but it was never there (Bivol said he felt that Canelo was gassed in the 7th round, that says a lot.)

Of course I thought he was going to take a payout like Kovalev. I posted numerous times if he didn't fight as he did vs bigger men like Barrera and Smith something was wrong. No way a little 5'7 guy who couldn't knockout Angulo and Chavez Jr should be able to stop him.
