    Gets picked apart

    two cerebral fighters

    hopkins happens to be smarter

Trinidad was ucked because Hopkins didn’t allow him to set his feet to get off power

Slow feet Alvarez isn’t getting into position on Bernard

Canelo by UD. Hopkins is there. he's a mid/close range fighter, which is what Canelo likes. he also fights at a slower pace, what canelo likes.

we have to understand the +4 rounds.

Hopkins has 0 chance of a stoppage.

Hopkins defense is too strong, he is also long with accurate counters, I don't think Canelo could break through on Bhop and would lose a UD.

No fighter with sub-par endurance or lack of movement beats Hopkins. None.

Anyone who Hopkins can out move, as well as tactical match or out think? Is in for a extremely bad night.

Alvarez is going to struggle to land on Hopkins, anyone who is honest? Will know this to be correct.

I think Hopkins beats Alvarez at 175. Many version of Hopkins, even outside of his peak beat Alvarez.

Hopkins who fought, Pavlik, Tarvar, Calzaghe, all beat Alvarez.

Alvarez would most likely survive, but he is definitely not winning the fight. I actually think Hopkins has greater endurance than Alvarez also.

Bernard Hopkins endurance was not super elite, but it was good. It cannot be described as under par, it has never lost him any fights.

Alvarez's endurance has been one of the factors, that has now lost him two fights vs Mayweather & Bivol etc.

segundo knocked Hopkins down 3 times. i don't know who he is either.

Jermaine Taylor has a garbage gas tank and he beat Hopkins 2 times.

It was time for Hopkins to move up in weight, by the time he fought Taylor. But be honest mate? Hopkins was hardly dominated by Taylor. Two close fights.

TWICE now, Alvarez has been dominated 'Dominated at his peak'. Hopkins was very rarely dominated, during a loss.

Only really Roy Jones Junior sort of dominated Hopkins.

Jermaine Taylor beats Alvarez for me at 160, you are mocking Taylor's endurance 'Taylor had better endurance than Alvarez'.

In both of the Kelly Pavlik fights, Taylor displayed better endurance than Alvarez. And the ability to fight at a high pace etc'.

Note: I am not taking into account Hopkin's loses at the end of his career. I don't think they should be factored.

Canelo just needs to win 4 rounds and he's better than Taylor. Period.

                  styles make fights.

Hopkins is a medium paced fighter. He is not long range. He is mid/close range. He's going to get up on Canelo and trading hooks inside. Canelo will take at least 6 rounds.

I’ve always picked B-Hop in that matchup. His spoiler style would be a nightmare for Canelo. Hopkins UD in an ugly fight.
