I'd love to see that ******* finally have to pay for his big mouth. Floyd Sr. has zero class.
Do Roach and Pacquiao have a case against Floyd Senile?

Yes. They have pretty much an open and shut case on slander and defamation on Floyd sr.Floyd started his claim with "In my personal opinion". Well, how are "opinions" viewed by the court of law?
Opinion is a defense recognized in nearly every jurisdiction. If the allegedly defamatory assertion is an expression of opinion rather than a statement of fact, defamation claims usually cannot be brought because opinions are inherently not falsifiable. However, some jurisdictions decline to recognize any legal distinction between fact and opinion. The United States Supreme Court, in particular, has ruled that the First ********* does not require recognition of an opinion privilege.

But at the same time I do agree that it was a ***** move on Roach's part to sue as opposed to just living with it and letting the testing and results speak for themselvesComment

I would think Roach and Pac have a case without me being a law expert. YOu cant just go around saying things like that. Pac is a role model for many people and what if they think pac took roids? Little kids would take it as well because there idol Pac did.
You just have got to be a bit more responsible Mayweathers.Comment

And you will continue to see the bottom of alcohol bottles as you become more emotional at the amount of criticism the Mayweathers get. I love how you only come to NSB to cry about "haters", but never say anything to the scrotum warmers who spam the site.
You're PBF sippy cup awaits you.Comment
