Didn't know Serrano was eager to do a rematch unless something changed. Last I heard she said that she was going back down where she was a champ because she had to climb two weight classes up. She had to leave PR because it was too hot and she was loosing too much weight.

I would watch again if it ever happens.

Honestly , before the fight, I picked Serrano. And I thought she'd stop her in the 9th. Ref stepping in type of stoppage. I studied both their styles , watched all their fights and came to that conclusion. And I've also seen some of their fights live on tv when they happened. One thing for sure, I never considered Serrano smaller. In fact, recently Serrano actually looked bigger. She fought a common opponent of Taylor's and destroyed her with power shots. Actually disfigured her face. Badly. I actually turned into a big Serrano fan. But what turns me off is she's telling the world now , after the loss, that's shes a small woman and shouldn't be fighting at 135. Well, that to me is just one big fat excuse. She doesn't know her body well ? Of course she's a lightweight. And she fought like a lightweight. There's an old saying " excuses are for losers " . Well she lost and now she's making excuses so I guess she's a loser. I hope they fight again and I hope she gets knocked out for the sole reason of her making excuses. Lose gracefully . Or shut up. Yea she hugged Taylor after the fight. Well we all know that was all show too. The rematch should be a dandy.

She never made an excuse. She just said that she went up in weight to fight Taylor who is considered the best female boxer in the world. I just rewatched the fight and still think Taylor lost. In a rematch she will get a bigger beating, she can't take it on the body and Serrano abandoned the body because all the success she was having upstairs.
