Technically I don't think he has improved, but he has gained more experienced and maybe makes better decisions inside the ring. But those same flaws that where there against Mayweather are still there? Alvarez has very few gears, his movement is below par, and his endurance is not elite.

But I have always stated, that he has been facing bigger guys but not better fighters.

Billy Joe Saunders is not a better fighter skill for skill than Miguel Cotto, or Sugar Shane Mosley etc.

Imagine for a second Floyd moved up to 160 and fought a prime champion like Sergio Martinez or maybe Hopkins at that point. Yeah imagine is all you can do my friend haha

he really hasn't and I've seen saying it for a while now(proof in threads I've bumpbed). He's just been fighting guys standing in front of him. He gets winded and takes rounds off to catch his breath. If you don't let him rest, move, and constantly throw punches, he looks very average. I HAVE PROOF OF SAYING THIS LONG BEFORE LAST NIGHT!!!!!
