Listen, those promoters get more than their fare share of the pie. I dont blame Berto one bit for talking to HBO without DiBella. Too bad Collazo's team priced him out of a rematch, once again in his case its a matter of greed probably on Don Kings part.

Its funny how some people can justify this. DiBella paid good money to sign Berto, has paid him much more than he's worth, and basically bought the rights to promote his career. So now its ok for Berto to talk to HBO about rights he doesnt even own? Its not up to Berto as to what network he fights on. He sold that decision to DiBella.

Both Berto and HBO are on thin ice as far as an interference lawsuit is concerned, because they both are interfering with DiBella's rights.

I've never liked Berto that much and now I dislike him even more. His actions show that he is disrespectfull and unloyal to his promoter, two charactaristics most of us dislike.

I believe Collazo already did and as soon as he is in the ring with a half decent WW he will get beat again.

As soon as he fights a top fighter he will lose.

It seems to me like Dibella is trying to save Berto's life now. I agree that HBO shouldn't make deals with fighters behind promoters' backs, but I find if awfully funny that Berto's handlers are acting all defensive and getting cold feet now that HBO is ready to throw him in with a real fighter. But if Berto steps up and fights Mosley and doesn't ***** out or over price himself, he gets props from me.

                    Somebody already has, imo.

But I agree, I hope he loses sooner rather than later.
