Canelo has told us his strategy by saying it is the first six rounds that will be difficult. He believes he will be landing enough hard body shots during the early rounds that Bivol will weaken in the later rounds. If he is wrong, he has an insurance policy in the judges.

If Bivol sweeps the first 6 rounds clearly, he still loses 118-110 on the cards anyway

        Yup.

What is your prediction for this fight?

I know the great canelo bodywork which didn't slow Lara down, who finished, was a basic 1-2 fighter like Bivol and was smaller with far less power.

Notice how Bivol is able to get outside of Barrera 74'' punching range but will have a problem with Canelo's 70'' reacch which his reach doesn't even look that long.
since when Bivol became a basic 1-2 fighter, yesterday is the date i suppose, and when did Canelo became a great body puncher, maybe since bum Smith or rocky folding?

Too obvious, maybe more like 117-111.

Incredibly difficult fight for Cáñelo. Frankly, not worth the risk by today’s standards (protect the zero, minimize risks).

if he loses, I am not moving him from p4p. He has no business t 174 against Bivol.

This is the opposite of Crawfords career.

It isn’t all about reach. Canelo can close the distance because he is hard to hit and he makes his opponent pay on a miss or a glancing blow. A big difference between hit and move and miss and get hit.

117-111 is a score that always shows up in controversial desicions so i wouldn't be surprised if canelo gets a 117-111 card.

Here we go again. The ***n guy walks around.at above 180 and he has no business in there with a 175 pounder even though he already fought at 175 and weighed 174.x at the weigh jn. This is just plain dumb. Stop making excuses.
