When Eubank V GGG didn't happen wasn't it the same "who else do we have" reaction.
That's not how it happened. Eubank,GGG was on the verge of being done when Eubank moved the goalposts at the last minute. Immediately after that meeting, Hearn had a meeting with Brook to discuss his future. He mentioned the Eubank situation as a matter of conversation and Brook said I'll fight him. Hearn thought he was kidding, but Brook was serious and it went from there. Eubank claims that Brook stole his GGG fight. So either he was stalling to get more money and it backfired. Or he makes that claim to try to cover the fact he just didn't want it.
He talks about Pbc/Haymon more than his own fighters. He also talks like he owns Canelo. This is a misleading headline. They gave him 3 options.
We Offered Canelo $45M For Charlo; $55M For Spence At 164 Or Benavidez At 168
Those options are way better than the two guys Hearn are offering by a long shot. His offer seems more desperate tbh. John Ryder?
He was asked about all three. The writer just takes the portion they want to use to create a forum topic. He's been getting asked a lot recently about why PBC won't work with him, so he's only answering what he's asked. They asked Frank Smith the same about the PBC lack of working with Hearn also. So it's coming from the interviewers. He's not just mentioning them for the sake of it. He has no need to.
I saw a clip of Hearn being asked the dumbest questions by some absolute goober at the weigh in. Hearn shot him down big time and had a few pops at the PBC too. Very funny. Who ever that guy was he sounded like a real dumb fvkker.
Wasn't one of those pro PBC race baiters off here was it? Cuz it sure sounded like it.

You sure? Ever since he worked with Haymon in the early days of pbc he’s mentioned it, with a crescendo around 2018-2020 when pbc, Haymon, and pbc fighters were literally all he mentioned. What would have changed between now and then I ask?
the Spence thing is a bit desperate BUT it would do BIG BUSINESS so again I understand WHY that came up
After Bivol and GGG, Eddie talking about Damn Ryder or Buatsi in the UK...that sounds a bit desperate too
Canelo has apparently mentioned wanting to fight in the UK, if he did chose to then I think it would be a sold out stadium fight, especially against Buatsi (if he remains undefeated). It builds his profile in the UK and will earn him a lot, it’s a no brainer I think.
