    c'mon manny, i can't believe he's falling into this ****.
Pac has millions of dollar in potential earnings and endorsement deals and these false allegations can cause serious damage.

Anyhow, Freddie Roach confirms that a slander case in the the works. It's looks like Manny is not playing around.

          those are some serious accusations.

Yeah that isnt hyping a fight that can be classed has slander if Manny should to go ahead with it but what was said isnt enough or serious enough to hold in court.

Although, the suit was eventually withdrawn it had its intended effect.

I'm thinking Pac intends to the same here. Whether or not he eventually wihdraws the lawsuit, it would have its impact on Sr. Lawyer fees would be a drop in the bucket for Manny. Sr would have to skip a few gallons of Kool-Aid to pay for his legal fees.

it's not an opinion... its an attack on pac's character.

there is no clear intent of provoking danger to him or the community. does he even have a case?
              floyd is guilty of libel.

and plus if pac is that hurt about it, something must be up.
team pac is hurt because this could effect pac's ability to make more money. that's what's up.

if you know it aint true just leave it alone and prove hiim wrong.
nope... floyd accusation is serious and just putting that out there in the media without proof can negatively effect pac's ability to make money.

if floyd said "pac is ******" then yeah, that's petty and ******, but it doesn't effect pac's ability to make money. but calling pac a steroid user is a serious charge that effects his means of making money.

Don't be ****** Pac. No one takes Floyd Sr. seriously with that ****, it's a waste of time and money.

Plus, that will really drive any chance of Pac and Floyd fighting into the ground.
pac can use it as a negotiation tactic. even putting this out there is a negotiation tactic. now floyd has to give something up to save his daddy. floyd could say, I aint my daddy go talk to him about it.

nike probably won't want someone who is rumored as a steriod user to promote their products.

It probably will.. but it'll make Mayweather Sr think twice about what he says.
Hey at least one Mayweather camp fan agrees.. I don't understand how some of his sons fans can think that they do everything "for publicity."

defamation of character suits result when slander hurts the victim's health, wealth, or lifestyle. If I say my neighbor sleeps with little kids, for example, and he/she gets fired from their job, not because they are guilty but because their employer does not want the bad publicity, then I can be taken to court for defamation of my neighbor's character and sued. They have lost their job and will likely not get another job in that field (you know how people in an industry know one another and travel in certain social circles, word gets around). The other neighbors might hear about the incident as well and request that the accused move to another town or vandalize his/her house because of what they heard.

You CAN get into big trouble for running off at the mouth if you say the wrong things. This kind of crazy stuff happens all the time
