Hope your enjoying retirement tyson. But if one day you want to show these pretenders who the real champ is, that would be amazing, in your own time whenever your ready.
Comeing back twice from retirement and beating the so called best you must be the goat. But not the goat quite yet
Logic would say it was the smart thing to do, except that Tyson has repeatedly said that without boxing he feels flat, depressed & hopeless. I heard one of his entourage say 'of course, he'll have to keep training' but what is the point of training for no fight! There are people who like to be clean & in shape, like B-Hop, but Fury isn't one of those people. He likes to drink, take drugs & eat junk food. There is no way he will keep to a strict training regime if he hasn't got a fight at the end of it.
B-Hop's attitude is 'training, training, I'm conditioning my body towards perfection'. Fury's attitude is 'training, training, I'm conditioning my body towards beating that MoFo after which I'm having 24 pints of lager & a small cow in white bread with chips & onions'.
Fury won't quit. He can quit boxing & dabble in MMA but he is very soon gonna get tired of being a great white shark in a pool full of goldfish. He can't quit any more than Ali or Mike Tyson could.
If Fury is serious about quitting he should take up fencing. He would be ridiculously good at it, in very short time, & he might even be competitive at high levels.
