Navarette would be great, but he has to want it (move up)! Loma does not have a title @ 135, so I would rather Shakur fight the Haney vs. Kambo winner in 2023 first, and if he wins, then Loma! Or if Loma beats the Haney vs. Kambo winner, then fight Loma! I would also throw in GRJ @ 130! GRJ almost won with one arm! If he's healthy, I would LOVE that fight @ 130!
