If Canelo had accepted the Spence fight.....

If Canelo had took that catch weight Spence fight then what would of happened to the Terence Crawford fight?

If they can make an offer to Saul Alverez then why have they not managed to make one to Crawford?

Is it just me or was there never any intention of making that Crawford fight next? Do you remember what Tim Smith said not that long ago at all which was something along the lines of seeing no sense in making a Spence v Crawford fight.

"yes but yes but yes but Spence called Crawford out after the Ugas fight". What else was he meant to say when all the media had the mic's in his face and were only ever going to be satisfied hearing Terrence Crawfords name being called. He had to call him out, it don't mean he has any intention in following through with it.

I was being but then we hear an offer for Spence to fight somebody else has already managed to be made. If Spence target is Crawford why is Canelo at a catch weight being offered instead?

If Canelo took the Spence fight at the supposed 164lbs, then he would have had all of his critics ragging on him for that. I am glad he didn’t take that fight or the Charlo fight.

Canelo did the right thing in choosing Bivol, a champion and top 3 fighter at 175lbs.

He definitely did. The money sounds real good from the PBC offer and personally I'd love to see the Charlo and Benavidez fights (there is only 1 guy I wana see Spence fight).

But Canelo said he wants to try to win belts at 175. Bivol is an unbeatan champion at that weight. Where as neither Charlo or Benavidez are. So for Canelo the choice was obvious. I cant say I care too much for the Golovkin fight but its a side show fight based on 2 previous close classics between them.

Tut tut tut. When I see a response like that I can see that you are not happy with what I wrote but have fkk all of any real worth to respond with. Its as good as saying "I don't want to acknowledge it but I know you are right"

If you're Spence and you're confident that you can beat the current PPV and P4P king, Bud Crawford becomes an afterthought.

Top 3? Who is better than him besides Beterbiev?

Because Haymon knows a Canelo fight will put asses in the seats and make money.
He’s not sure how much Bud would bring in vs other in house PBC fights.
Especially since he would have to pay Bud a substantial amount to get it done. Has to make business sense. Arum lost money on Bud for years, Haymon isn’t risking his top guy at 147 to do the same.
