If fighters want to challenge Alvarez, that should be at 168 pounds or above.

No fight should happen below 168 pounds for Alvarez etc.

I really don’t care to see Charlo/Canelo cause Charlo has NO CHANCE. A deviant part of me only wants to see it just to see Charlos “oh sheeit” face.
I would really love to see Spence/ Charlo. That would be fun or Charlo/ Crawford. BOTH would whip spoon fed Charlo EASILY.

I think the GGG fights makes it an easier path.

I think Canelo wins all five fights anyway.

The difference in the five fights would be slight. Bivol is probably the toughest fight and GGG the easiest.

Charlo and Benavidez slightly less competitive than Bivol. Spence slightly more competitive than GGG.

are we really going to ignore that charlo had problems with the law at the time this offer was made???
charlo was offered as the first fight for canelo on pbc and it was so unreliable at the time, why should canelo risk his date with a bone head like charlo ??
i think regardless of charlo screwing the whole deal for pbc, canelo made the right choice, bivol is the better fight and it comes with more legacy for canelo... at this time a few millions more or left wont dictate canelos road...

Benevidez and Charlo I can see, both would be super middleweight fights. Shocking that Canelo turned those down seeing as the PPV in what would be epic buildup for both would sell more than anything he’s doing on a dead app like dayzin

Canelo’s 168 run was a cherry pick but all of those fights are still harder fights than Charlo or Spence at 164. The Bivol fight is harder than any of them outside of Beterbiev. People also think Joe Smith would be some easy fight but that style is all wrong for Canelo and would be a difficult fight as well. The Benavides fight is good also but the 3 LHW champs are much harder fights than Benavides, who lost and was dropped by Gavril.

This guy is a complete moron . Does anybody think Bivol at 175 is easier option than a blown up Spence at 164? Saying it’s harder to fight a welterweight champion at super middleweight than to go up n fight the light heavyweight champion, this Turd Brown is just another attention seeker

He didn't make a direct comparison between those two fights, but rather a comparison between the two DAZN fights vs. the two PBC fights.

Bivol+GGG is easier than Charlo+Spence/Benavidez Is what he is saying.

Canelo beats all five anyway. Both paths are almost the same level.

Canelo has answered this over and over that he's looking to make history. Don't these people understand Canelos vision. He even said let them fight each other because it's not about the payday. While he's down in that weight fighting Triple G they better watch out what they're asking for but again Canelo has said he is thinking of being undisputed at the Bivol weight so he'll probably ho back up and fight the rest of those holding belts for his legacy. Maybe then he'll go down and again fight Charlo Benavides Spence Crawford and it'll be like he says for the fans.

Ggg while old is coming off a ko win v a champ,& will sell tons of ppvs,Bivol is legit the boogieman at lhw & prime,& Canelos moving up to his weight with no restrictions. That will do way more for his legacy if he wins than Charlo.

Keep in mind pbc was going to force Canelo to fight Spence at 164 who he would get 0 credit for,& hed be tied down to Pbc for a 3 fight deal.
Beterbiev is the legit “boogeyman” at LHW…With the exception of size - Canelo has All the advantages over Bivol..power, speed, footwork, stamina. Like most - dont see Bivol being much of problem for Canelo. Beterbiev is a much bigger threat with his power alone.
