first off who said his DAZN deal can’t exceed 160mil lol? If he passes certain ppv buys you don’t think he will make more?

As for the 100 mil from PBC you pulled a numbe form you a$$$$ saying he could make 160mil off the two fights with ppv upside. You aren’t privy to where the PPV upside begins. He has to sell a lot to first hit that 45mil and 55mip nut before he starts getting upside.

both deals are very comparable but you just made some numbers up to push your agenda.
do you understand what the words “worth up to” mean?

also, are you familiar with how much Ppv upside canelo has made in his previous ppv fights? Do a little research and you’ll see what I’m saying is accurate and I didn’t give an exact number, I said it could be in that 160 range if the Ppv’s do well. You just need to have some basic intelligence to figure it out, which is something that you’re clearly lacking.

The PBC deal was worth 100 mil guaranteed, plus a Ppv upside. Now if his fights with pbc did similar numbers to his fight with plant (they’d likely do more because all 3 options are bigger names than plant) he could get in the 160 range for just 2 fights. Not to mention that as is mentioned in this article, Canelo clearly gets more buys when fighting on the cable Ppv model than on the dazn app.

So you all can make your assumptions as to why he picked the option that he did, but don’t use the argument that it’s because dazn offered more money because that just isn’t accurate.
      Excellent post, well done

You call spense a ppv star no1 calls amanda nunes such yet their numbers is the same as for gate ufc got that 268 on a 20k crowd . canelo is doubling that 8-9m gate with same capacity. Canelo is the only proven usa star in boxing. I personally dont consider you a star til you can consistently hit ABOVE 600k

Honestly, this guy Tom Brown...if PBC pulls all of their fighters and worked with another promoter, does Brown have any fighters of his own?

Alvarez filled up Dallas Stadium while fighting on DAZN, what does he mean he fail off the public radar?

The least risk.... LMAO! Bivol would whoop Charlo, Benavides, and Spence, the Spence fight is a joke, 164? Why in the hell would Canelo drain himself to give Spence a payday? Spence can get it at 168 if he wants him that bad. And what Tom... Oh is not telling you is that PBC wanted a multi fight deal in order to get any of those fighters, with no Guarantee who would be next if he fought any of those guys. DAZN put the 2 opponents upfront that's what Canelo wanted, PBC wanted control, and at this point, Canelo is not going to give that up.

Bivol with his lack of power and suspect chin is an easy fight for Canelo. Ggg is way past his prime and shop-worn - just look at his last two fights. Have to agree - the tougher fights would have been against Charlo and Benevides. Particularly Benevidez..Charlo is good but does nothing special or better than Canelo.

Whatever happened to the lawsuit? The one that was tossed when Canelo had the wrong address. He tracked them down and refiled. $350 mil?
