Bob delayed the Valdez fight. Now he’s trying to prevent the man from unifying the division, something that he helps some of his other boxers achieve.

I can see it now from the usual suspects- Shakur ducked Ogawa and Gutierrez and ran up to 135.

Did anyone say that when he vacated at 126 to move up to chase oscar? Cause i don’t recall. Why would anyone criticize him for vacating and moving up when the Haney, Kambosos, and Loma fights could easily be made at 135? All way more desirable fights than the unknown champions at 130.

Yeah - I really like Ogawa and I think that would be a fun fight, but unfortunately this is how it is in the age of exclusive-agreements between promoters and platforms.

Ramirez-Hooker was a nice exception, I don't think we'll see that kind of thing happen again anytime soon.

The other promotions, advisers, companies aren't any better. They all do that. When was the last cross promotion undisputed fight? It's never happened. I'm not sure there's even been many unifications.

When Loma was trying to Undispute/Unify you made it a Priority, even somehow Petitioned to get him a shot at a Vacant Belt despite him being a Champion already for another Organization which I never seen before. Do the Same for Shakur if that is what he wants

Belts are only good for jerking the fans around. It’s become a joke with the number and ways to obtain and defend without ever fighting anyone. A belt only matters as much as the one holding it.
