    If you can keep the training up for a year, it's worth a shot. Don't buy the most expensive gloves either until you've been training for a while. Most people quit after a month or so.

        yea im going to buy a stationary bike on friday. and have weights. and buy a speed bag and i have to lose 2.7 lbs a week for 6 months to reach my goal thanks for the support

              If you really want it bad and you are prepared to put in some serious work than anything is possible. Some people say they "want it" but they really don't. You got think about this thru and make sure are serious about making this FULL TIME COMMITMENT. After you make that decision than you got to go all in no matter how bad things seem.

              Make no mistake anything worth it in life ain't going to come easy.

                yea i know brah. Im buying a buncha gym equipment friday. going to keep track of every lbs lost...

                I figured im 21 years old...im only young once. Might as well do something NOW about it instead of waking up 40 yrs old and thinking WAT IF!?!?!??!

                  im only 5'8 and Im weighing 150 lbs. I can still reduce that if I work it out.
