He’s got to take centre ring and push Canelo backwards behind a strong jab. I don’t think he’s good enough to do it though tbh. If he fights on the back foot he’s playing into Canelo’s hands.

By keeping a fast pace for 12 rounds, touch and move, rapid combinations.

Can he do it until the end without getting hit solid by Canelo? I seriously doubt it.

Fight to survive. He will lose in all scenarios. If he tries to box at his back foot, he will lose by UD. If he tries to brawl, he will get KTFOed. UD loss is better for his health.

Agree with the first part which essentially is his style. That's why I feel he's gonna give Canelo all he could handle because not having to switch up much,he's going to feel pretty comfortable in there doing what he does. Canelo isn't going to be able to bully him either, this isn't a faded, alcoholic Kov,Bivol isnt the biggest 175lber but he's solid.

He's going to get hit at some point but Canelo isnt a massive puncher like Joe so I don't think he"ll have any issues with Canelos power up top, only should be a concern down low. It's not out of realm that Bivol has enough pop to hurt Canelo even himself either. Going to be a great fight either way, can't wait to see how it unfolds.

He wins by CONTROLLING THE DISTANCE. He needs to keep Canelo on the OUTSIDE with a very FASY and POWERFUL jab.
He needs to put on a BOXING CLINIC. Never letting the little man in.

Probably needs a knockout to win unless he wins like 10 rounds decisively then maybe he can get a draw? I mean obviously I like Bivol but I'm not above criticizing him and he has been too tentative lately to even get stoppages when he probably could have ie. Vs Salamov.

He hasn’t looked the same since his friend and fellow boxer passed away.
