I can't decide if Valdez's team truly feels like they see a path to victory for him, or if it's simply that the other champs are with DAZN and there just aren't any other big fights out there.

He has a chance, albeit VERY small. Shakur isnt going to stand and trade like he did vs Herring. I expect a boxing lesson.

Gotta favor Stevenson but Shakur has never been in a gritty tough fight. The talent level between him and his opposition has always been so great that he’s never had to overcome it when things don’t go his way. Valdez has a chance if he can make this fight a tough one.

Like none.. you are only good as your last fight and the way they've been looking, Stevenson is not only going to outbox him but he'll hurt Valdez too.

I would absolutely be shocked if Stevenson stopped pedez. I see him winning a boring decision so ima just call all these people in this thread fools.

Nope Valdez lost his last fight and his best win over Berchelt was diminished after how bay Berchelt has aged.

I think maybe even without his[Valdez] special tea Stevenson lays it on thick for a late TKO stoppage?

A friend definitely got me thinking about that possibility anyway.
I cant picture valdez being stopped unless his corner throws in the towel or cuts. Hes got a solid chin and hes fought like 9 rounds with a broken jaw. Kid has 0 quit.

I definitely took that into account. I'm just thinking more at the ref or doctor's discretion. It's certainly a fair point though.
