They don't exist. Boxing is a dying sport, it is and as a result, the talent that used to fill the ranks simply isn't there because those in charge of building the sport, pocketed all the profits at the expense of the sport itself.
Where are the US HW's?

In the 50's kids wanted to be like Sammy Davis Jr. Money was made and a certain amount of freedom gained by dancing for the slave masters. These days they have rights....but they essentially have to remain in the entertainment industry....wether it be sports music or movies...in order to make enough money to buy freedom. Unless they are selling drugs...but that is in itself its own prison. All the rest have just become ****** to their own culture...owned by the dealers or disowned by their wealthy brethren who now can afford to live on the neat side of the street.Comment

Black American talent dried up for the same reason White ethnic talent dried up. Think about it unless you make it to Fury, Joshua/Usyk or Wilder level you are making what low 6 figures for a fight and half that is lost to your team and then the tax man takes close to 40 percent of that.
There is no money and maximum danger in boxing. For years old time trainers said that the gyms were dying and nobody from the background of Joe Frazier was fighting in the amateurs anymore.
That said Fury would trouble any champion of any era he's too skilled for his size not to.Comment
