Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury is Promising Fireworks, Plans To Go To "War" With Dillian Whyte

Tyson Fury will be only just more than ten pounds heavier than Dillian Whyte for their WBC heavyweight clash as he weighed his lightest for a fight since facing Otto Wallin in 2019.

Nonsense. Fury gonna jab and box his ears off. Only way Whyte can win is if HE can somehow get inside and make it a war. Should be a good scrap.

Ekow is on the radar. I want to see why Benn won't mention his name. Inquiring minds want to know.

If Fury was 6’4 230 nobody would have ever heard of him. His absurd size advantage and boxing style is serious debate for having a super heavyweight division.
Whyte is TRASH. If the size advantage wasn’t so big this fight would actually he competitive...that speaks volumes about who fury really is.

Lots of folk, some with inquiring minds, others less so, have been shouting for this for, like, three years. I understand Covid-19 caused delay but, basically, you could get Conor Benn in a tank of killer bees before you get him in a ring with Ekow Essuman.

The heavyweight division is a open class division, it is the best division 'With the purest competition'.

None of the fighters in the heavyweight division are weight draining themselves, or campaigning at unnatural weights.

The heavyweight division is the ultimate division.

            It is the apex division.

I'm not gonna bet against Fury, but I am curious. He's come in 'dancing weight' but he is 33 & has abused his body. Ali found he could no longer dance at 32 when he beat Foreman. Dancing around Whyte for 12 is one hell of an ask.

I do feel Whyte has to slow down for Fury to win so there’s definitely going to be some exchanges but it’s not because Fury wants to it’ll be because Whyte will force him into spots where he’ll have to . Only if Fury intentionally traded shots with a fresh Whyte would he lose .

They looked like they're planning on having a barbecue together, friendliest weigh-in ever.

But 'ey, I have no doubt they will go to war once the bell rings. A huge crowd, should be a great atmosphere and a good fight, and might be better than good.
