I would have thought it's fairly clear.

Kinahan has been involved. They all knew Kinahan was involved. And he was paid to be involved.

Who the payments came from might matter in court, but not in the court of public opinion.

On another point... The Fury, Warren, Arum relationship is looking increasingly strained. Is this the last fight in the ESPN deal?

Fury & Warren can deny deny deny all they like.

Arum is making it clear he will NOT do any further business with MTK nor Probellum..

Fury can put his head in the sand and say Kinehan is not involved all he likes, Arum is making it clear, Kinehan has been paid repeatedly to be involved in Fury business.

        Man Arum better shut it.

He don't want brick top, gypsy John and El trapahan coming after him.

Hard for Fury and Warren to pretend this guy isn't involved when Fury is doing videos thanking him and calling him his adviser. Even more foolish for MKT Global to pretend they kicked him out years ago when fighters like Fury left and right are taking pictures with him and thanking him or calling him their adviser. Probellum also trying to distance themselves but his name is on their trademark and investors are thanking him and calling him the owner of Probellum. MKT and Probellum are clearly shell companies he runs.
There's a term, I think it's "person of/with significant control" even if not listed as a director. It's obvious what the connections are really.

Something smells fishy here and I think it's ol' Fisheyes Warren.
