Hearn protecting a guy who doesn't want to be protected. What is next for this guy? Lipinets?

I have no problem with Benn fighting the guys he is.

It wasn’t long ago he was struggling with domestic level fighters.

He’s clearly improved which he wouldn’t have done if they threw him to the wolves too early.

I do think this needs to be the last guy he fights at this level though.

Broner and Guerrero are the best for sure

He is limited asf. Can't see 5 rounds in a Crawford or Spence fight. Hearn created another PR machine like always.

Still a young man but why not try fighting them then if it's all about legacy.
He's on the same rematchroom shot old man diet Eddie has his star names on until they actually have to box a real contender.

I think it is better that he is at 147, he is probably healthier. But yes his opponents maybe out weigh him on fight night, with Benn being less drained.

Benn will fight for a world title, I have no doubt about that. But winning a world title is another debate.

That is why I really think Benn himself, should of really tried to pick up British, European & Commonwealth titles. But of course some fighters these days with the marketability benefits of Benn, would rather skip the old traditional route to a world title fight etc.

He’s exciting if still raw, but let’s be honest here. Eddie wants to sell Benn PPVs on DAZN. Nothing must stand in the way of that goal, even if Benn has to fight whole old folks homes’ worth of has-beens until then.

Yes, might as well step up but not sure who you can fight. Is Danny Garcia too much? If you lose, you lose like your pa pa did against watson. But you can comeback

I doubt Edie Hearn wants to test him against the best just yet. Powerful and fast but those eye catching, crowd pleasing knockouts are not hiding the fact that he is so damn easy to land on. The lad still has work to do, he really needs to become a harder target than he currently is.
