If you think about it, you gotta feel bad for Lubin. He was a top prospect until getting KOd by the very first punch in his title opportunity. Terrible bad break. Gets his confidence back in some comeback fights,then he has to fight a giant stickman. His losses are not exactly a true measure. They weren't for lack of talent, heart or ability.

This fight outcome was for a lack of defense against the same punch that cost him his first KO loss, the uppercut. He didn't listen to Kevin Cunnigham, who told Lubin to keep turning Fundora and not fight his fight by staying too close on the inside.

How about "put Tony in there with Fundora?"

As soon as his gas tank runs out, it's a wrap for Tony and he'd have even less punching power than Lubin to try to keep Fundora at bay.

That would be special! I don't know which way Fundora should go? Should he take it easy, and wait for his shot, or should he push to fight someone like Tony Harrison, Bakhram Murtazaliev, or Tim Tszyu?
