    Is that it for Lubin?

Prior to the Charlo fight, he was definitely being hyped up by Showtime and some other boxers. Now, after the brutal Charlo KO and the absolute savage assault he had to endure yesterday, where do you see him going? I’m honestly lost. I don’t think he can hang with the top of the division but he definitely outboxes the ones beneath the top. He’s like in between in my opinion. I definitely think last night took something out out of him though. He left a piece of himself in that ring. I’m curious whether he’ll be the same.

Always liked Lubin but you're right - this type of loss, plus the way he lost to Charlo, are just really damaging for his career.

He's 26 and he has wins over some solid fighters like Jeison Rosario, Terrell Gausha, Nate Gallimore, Ishe Smith, and Jorge Cota.

He got knocked out twice against good fighters. It's not the end of the world if he gets back in the gym and learns a thing or two about lateral movement.

If every fighter retired who was not world champion or super elite 'There would be no divisions in boxing, boxing would crumble'.

So he has lost two fights, big deal.

Not just knocked out. It’s the way he was knocked out. Just hope he’s still there mentally. He’s a damn good fighter.
