everytime i score the delahoya/quartey fight i have quartey up by a point or two as well

was a good fight, quartey had oscar befuddled in too many of those middle rounds imo

Close fight but no robbery. It was a great fight, I have watched several times. The KD in the 12th was the deciding factor. The way that word gets thrown around is crazy.

If Quartey wins the last round its a draw, if he sores a knockdown instead of Delahoya he wins. I thought Oscar won it as well with the kd in the last round but I could have easily given an early round or two to Quartey that I had given Oscar.

in fact if i remember correctly, the narrative was that it was oscar who was decisively down on the cards and needed a knockdown for a draw or possibly a KO to win.

even oscar himself alluded to this in past interviews when speaking about this fight.

Speaking again about the outcome, two judges had De La Hoya up three and four points respectively. Based on that, he would have won a split decision even without the final KD, which means that those two were watching a different fight from us...

Does that really matter, the fight I watched I thought Oscar won it in a great fight, I dont really care how the judges arrived at the same result I thought the right guy was given the nod.
