soooo i saw this kid fight last week in rhode island aand let me tell you that the prayers of many fight fans will be answered reallly soon. this kid is a total package and has a big fan following. he can punch like hell and is reeeally exciting to watch. keep an eye on this kid.

Good luck to him, but I can't see him becoming more than a tough journeyman. He went life and death twice with Bobo Starnino who is also a tough kid, but crude and with little power. McCreedy will have to improve a lot if he wants to hit the big time. Being formerly from RI I root for all the up and coming talent in New England, but I gotta keep it real. Like I said, good luck to him though.

Deffinately not a huge prospect.

He has Willis Lockett out in the first round, couldn't finish him, and then looked like **** the rest of the fight and lost a decision.

He had two wars/close fights with a BoBo Starnino whose a bum, just a tough guy.

Joey is an exciting fighter, but hes' faaaaaaaar from world class.

I know Joey Spina does most of his training out of Vegas now, but has McCreedy been down to Providence to do any sparring with him, Manfredo or Demetrious Andrade?

spina would have no shot against a beest like irish joe mccreedy. andrade is a great fighter and may be someone that joe looks to defend against in future. andrade would have to be hbo though. a fighter has to get paid if thats there job. this is joeys job. lets get him paid.
