Joshua seats go rapidly fast there’s never a real sell out up until nearing any fight the size of Wembley but I guarantee majority of Joshua seats go far quicker . It’s pretty obvious in this situation reselling scheme was by far planned to where Warren can make that false statement. And fanboys support it . Whyte is only lucky that there are 4 different ABC organizations and they wont mandate champs fight each other, that is the only reason he is even on the list for challenger to Fury's belt.

Whyte had the option to not sign the contract and turn down the fight. He is in breech of the contract he signed.

Warren should withhold payment of the entire purse after the fight and they can negotiate what warren subtracts from his payments for not meeting his obligations.
