B-hop will still make more money fighting Roy than he would over Adamek, Dawson, or Johnson. He could make more with Roy than he would fighting any two of the three combined. It is just too much of a risk for Hopkins because Roy isn't a come forward and **** type of fighter and is still faster than Hop. There is a good chance he could make him look bad and tarnish Hopkins legacy....if the fight doesn't happen that is why, not because of anything else as Hopkins said in a recent interview the fights have to be financially attractive for him to keep fighting and this is the most attractive option available. I wish it would happen and that they both retire after the rematch 16 years in the making.

I don't agree with Roy's comments, and I like Bernard, but I just wanted to say I found this post ***n hilarious.

Bernard might be more exciting if he fought the weak competition Roy has fought lately...

although jones is the more exciting fighter, you gotta give it bhop hes never been outclassed or knocked out. both calzaghe-jones and calzaghe-hopkins were boring, but one got outclassed more.

I want this fight to happen. Jones would beat Bernard, in my opinion.

I'm tired of hearing about Roy and B-Hop potentially fighting each other. But the actual fight would be ten times as worse. Didn't Roy Jones go on record on Leon's site and say he would be willing to take a 55-45 split in Bernard's favor? I still think that Hopkins could get better money fighting Adamek. I don't think a Dawson fight would be as lucrative for Bernard as fighting Roy, but it would be a hell of a lot more meaningful.

I think Roy is ten times more boring than Bernard Hopkins. The third Tarver-Roy fight was absolute ****. Jones only looks exciting against C class fighters now. I enjoyed watching Roy in his prime, but when he fights a live guy he just comes to the fight to survive and not win. That to me is very boring.
