He must of forgot how bad Calzaghe was smacking him all over the ring too.

But Jones beat Lacy, That practically makes him undefeated again.

So Hopkins is a PPV attraction? Is this what you are saying?

I need my fans to be entertained so I will take a chance. I will gamble. I will drop my hands against the best of them because I want my fans to make sure they entertained and enjoy themselves so I will do that.
I agree with most of what he said, except this part. Against Trinidad and Calzaghe, he didn't do **** (barring a few KDs). Why only now, having fought 2 of Calzaghe's leftovers, has he decided to take a few more risks and let his hands go?

By rights he should've had Trinidad out of there after the first KD, and likewise Calzaghe.

from a marketing standpoint that don't mean jack...

you know you hopkins nutthuggers don't comprehend well do you...as long as jones can beat b and c level comp and look spectacular doing it, he can make a big fight happen for himself because he still has some star power left...plus its not like hopkins dominated calzaghe, he got a decent win (not a ko) against a slow fighter whose weaknesses he can exploit...
