Just noticed this fight myself looking at the undercard. Decent matchup.

If the Harrison that fought to a lacklustre draw shows up then yeah he probably will lose.

Yeah, I'm not sure how much Harrison has left in the tank and he fades in a lot of fights. Garcia has a great workrate, so I think he could really pile up points in the later rounds. Don't know if Garcia hits enough to hurt Harrison though. I lean Garcia by decision

Clowning around and then gassing and getting knocked out in the second Charlo fight was likely the end of Harrison as a top level guy.
