Can you blame guys for not accepting deals like the one Haney signed? This is a brutal sport and you shouldn’t have to sign a horrible contract just to get a fight. What Devin did was respectable amongst fans but he just set a precedent. Basically if you don’t sign any deal that’s in front you fans will call you a duck. If boxing had a union they’d probably advise him against signing that. If he loses the first fight this gamble will look bad because he can’t sell tickets yet and we know what happens if Bob thinks you can’t sell.

Before the post I have posted above, I was gonna say it's a slave contract.
Too ****** for even Haney. Not sure if it's even equitable or legal.

The whole thing stinks of crap.

The bold: ****** one he set. I don't see any bravery in that. Just idiotic.

The lightweight division sucks. The Mega Fight is Davis-Loma.
Let's make this one, without one of these crooked belts.

Regardless of the reasons for Haney taking the fight.
I do Respect him for doing it.
Plus I like the fact he's putting other fighters on blast for Not taking risk.

What risk? Kambosos is really a no risk to someone in his prime like Davis, or a semi-prime boxing wiz, like Loma. Those guys see Kambosos as a snack. Haney is close to his level. Kambosos is a bum.

              Screw the belts.

Yeah, Kambosos is a bum. Not a real risk like Rolly Romero.

I'd put them in the same category, with Rolly a puncher's chance.
Kambosos is the definition of featherfisted. Haney has more power than him.

Haney made the fight cause he truly believes he can whip Kambasos. It’s a LOW RISK fight for him and his corporate backers but watch what he does if he wins. He WONT fight Loma next, nor within the next year fight Teo or Garcia

At least when the opportunity was offered Haney took it and didn't price himself out like many do now.

Too many fighters hide behind negotiations after they continually name drop other guys.
No.....he didn't price himself out, be priced himself down.....you wouldn't take the deal Haney took
