Fury-Whyte Undercard?

Yeah it’d be a shame if they don’t have a good undercard. No excuse why they couldn’t, It’s a massive event most fighters would like to appear on and between top Rank and Frank Warren, I think they could’ve made some good fights.
Tickets are already sold out so people have already paid. I think that’s given Frank the excuse to just put filler on before the main event which is a shame for the fans attending.
I doubt there’ll be much of note on the undercard with nothing announced 3 weeks out.
I also think a good card is sometimes the difference between some people buying a fight and streaming the fight, well it has been with me before.

It’s a great way to showcase your fighters as well. If I’m Frank I’m trying to get Dubois, Yarde, McCann, Itauma and whoever else I’m trying to build into a star on that card. Even if they’re simply in tune up fights.

Is the arbitration still going on? Not heard from it for a while. Was supposed to end in March.
Frank is obviously out of money, trying to put together a cheap/no undercard.
Imagine if the abritration continues and Dillian gets 30+%?! Considering the fight has 'sold' 85k+ tickets based on just the two names there, it's hard to justify 20%.
Can see this fight being cancelled.Comment

The fights happening. Whyte hasn’t got a leg to stand on legally. He’s signed the bout agreement, that would have included his split. Is the arbitration still going on? Not heard from it for a while. Was supposed to end in March.

Most of all that would probably be after the fight takes place . There’s going to be still some legal issues going on on both sides but the fight is going ahead according to Whytes lawyer .Is the arbitration still going on? Not heard from it for a while. Was supposed to end in March.

Warren made it very difficult on himself here , hoping the fight at least breaks even because of the high purse bid caused by Hearn , no under card yet and not including Hearn in promotion the fight has made it look very amateurish . If Whyte wins he’s really cost a huge deficit for BT ,Warrens going to be doing a lot of nervous shoulder shrugs come fight night he can’t afford Fury to lose here .Last edited by REDEEMER; 04-03-2022, 03:03 PM.Comment

Appreciate the reply , but I'm not asking what you think, I'm asking if anyone has heard about the abritration.
And if you say you have, post up the article please. If it's just you're opinion, no need to reply.Comment

Whyte has signed the contract… are you suggesting he hasn’t?
If he’s signed the contract he’s agreed to terms, terms that include the purse split.Comment
