Exactly what i was thinking. This is the same guy who struggled against smaller and older fighters like Cotto, Mosley and then he's knocking out bigger fighters. Alot has changed after his Golovkin first fight.

Many of Canelo's wins were very controversial and extremely close fights. He is first ballot of hall famer but i still don't see him as an ATG. Lara and Golovkin (1st) wins were losses imo

Check the list of Top 25 ATGs from respected sites. All those guys had amazing perfomances against another HOF caliber fighters (at least from the ones we can watch videos). Did Canelo had that kind of showing in his career? No. He's not ATG in my book. Good career from a very weak era of boxing.

On what rating or list? If you get tested for PEDs you should not be on any list. There are people on that list who fought in times were PEDS did not exist, so things must be kept straight and PED users are out.
