This guy fought huge 175s like Barrera and Smith (legit) but is going to get walked down by a 5'8 midget with a knee brace who couldn't stop 154s. This is some kind of joke! Boxing fans have really lost their minds. The prime example is Chavez Jr going up to 175 and his punches literally bunched of a Fonfora. Somehow this dude is defying all the laws of physics and weight classes. What a complete joke!

He hasn't ability to upset Canelo "easily". His best ability is pitty patty jabs. Canelo knows his weaknesses and gonna beat him badly. Technically he is not cherry picking bcs he is bigger than Nelo and can box. But in reality, he is cherry picking.

Bivol is good, how good, we will find out, my prediction is it will be close and possibly controversial, we also know that only one person will get the decision if its close. Bivol would have to win clearly to get the decision, thats very hard to do.

Yeah I believe this is a quality fight. I think highly of Bivol.

Canelo is p4p#1 and he will get tons of credit from me if he wins.

Canelo already gets tons of credit from me.

Bivol good chance to win, Nell due off night. Bivol is also due off night but that off night might be after 30 fights further down line

Its straight up about size and weight, if Bivol wasn't a full 175lb fighter he wouldn't be given a chance with Canelo so it boils down to how much of a physical advantage does Bivol have over him, I think Canelos hand speed will give Bivol loads of problems, another element Bivol is a Russian fighter and they are as game as Mexican fighters so I don't see Bivol just folding when it gets rough he will have courage and Canelo will have to break him down real good to beat him. I got Canelo stopping him late and Bivol is definitely no cherry-pic, I think Canelos boxing ability is underestimated.

Bivol is at worst the second toughest fight Canelo could have made. People are ridiculous with this stuff. Beterbiev and Bivol are the two toughest fights he could make and it’s not even close. And he’s fighting one if the two.

bivol is a good fighter but you have to look at it in context. is bivol a knockout puncher who is going to knock canelo out? certainly not. is he going to completely dominate canelo and do enough to get a decision? certainly not because canelo is a good fighter and because canelo if need be will fight in a non risk taking manner and make it somewhat close and sneak away with a disputed decision. canelo also knows his rabid fanbase and media popularity will lead many people to say he deserved to win or "it could have gone either way" even if he really lost the fight.

                      - - And if he wins likely he fights Beter though the temptation of Maka's WBC belt may take precedent before that happens.
