So you're just going to totally ignore that Devin was already calling out Loma. Was his mandatory and refused to step aside, so Loma vacated the title instead of fighting Haney. I guess facts don't matter when when you have an agenda.
Also, let's not ignore the fact that the only reason Teo got the fight was because he and Loma are both Top Rank fighters so Bob would still have control of the titles. Notice how Devin didn't get his shot until Bob got his hooks into both GK and Devin? Like I said, don't let facts get in the way. smh

WOW!!! Everyone seems to forget that Haney is considered a World Champion it was gift handed to him, Haney has not fought any of the top 10 and didn't earn that belt as true CHAMPIONS do!!! ZAUR don't count and the rest of the washed up opponents definitely don't count on the real side!!! Most of your top 10 have battled some real hard core opponents to be there and been waiting in line for a shot!! WBC is a ****ing joke!!!

Devin has been the most ducked fighter in the division. THREE mandatory fighters declined to fight him and a champion dropped his belt to avoid fighting him(or did you FORGET that's how was "gifted" his title). Let's not forget that Teo CHOSE Kambosos instead of Haney.

Why are you all acting like all of a sudden Kambosos is an all time great? Are forgetting that GK struggled with a 36 yr old Mikey Bey coming off a 2 year lay off right before the Teo fight? That GK last 3 fights HAVE ALL BEEN SPLIT DECISIONS? He was regarded as a top 20ish type fighter at best. One fight doesn't change that. Teo proved that one fight doesn't make a fighter. So did Buster Douglas.
If Devin beats and dominates GK everyone will say GK was a bum that got lucky and beat a sick weight drained Teo and that Devin isn't the real champion because he didn't beat Loma. Again, forgetting that Loma lost his titles in the ring after vacating the WBC title to avoid his mandatory. I wonder who his mandatory was???

You would have a case if Lomachenko fought washed-up Gamboa, or even Diaz. Loma fought the top guy in the division in Teo Lopez, who everyone said at that time was being ducked by Loma. People need to put things in context, not just cherrypick something that fits their narrative. Let's repeat. Loma fought Lopez while Haney fought Gamboa. Same year. See the night and day difference?

Lol!!! Nobody thought Teo was the "top guy" in the division. GTFOH with that. People.gave Teo no chance in that fight. Revisionist history is a MF. I know because I picked Teo and Haney to beat Loma. Because both had the attributes that give Loma issues at LW. Size, length and speed.
Even Loma thought Teo was a cherry which is why he didn't have a rematch clause and if you believe the story, thought he could beat him with one arm

Stylistically speaking, this is a very bad match up for Kambosos. I think he matches up better against Loma because he is a shorter and has a much smaller reach than Haney.

In addition, due to the size differential; Loma tends to fight off the front foot which will make him more vulnerable to counters and much easier to find than Haney. Who tends to fight off the back foot while using his jab from long distance.

Kambosos has integrity issues and is a liar. When he was the challenger to teofimo, he was praising haney by saying that haney was the true wbc champ, and that he would give haney a shot once he beats teofimo. After he beats teofimo, he was looking to fight loma as his priority, a guy who lost to teofimo. Kambosos was then acting like he is a honest person who is above it all and lied to people that haney doesn't want the fight and was stalling. Kambosos team and top rank was even going as far as to get loma to leave the war in ukraine, break martial law rules just to train for the fight with kambosos. Kambosos had to be cornered to fight haney. I can't get behind such behaviour.

I was referring to Loma as he sizes up against Kambosos. It’s true that George is taller at 5’9 1/2 inches tall with a 68 inch reach. Vasiliy stands at 5’7 with a 65 inch reach who likes to fight coming forward.

As compared to Devin Haney who stands at 5’8 inches tall with an even greater reach at 71 inches when compared to both Loma and Kambosos. Also, he’s a fighter who likes to fight going backwards.
