    168 is his peak.
160 is his second best weight.
175 is his third best weight.

160 is his most athletic version. He has higher punch output but still has stamina issues.

        160-168.

I would say 168 is his optimal weight i.e Where he is no longer weight draining himself dramatically.

At 160, he is still weight draining himself extensively to be the big man.

        175 he is comfortable.

So as you can see, for the most part of his career. Alvarez has been weight draining himself to be the big man.

I think sooner or later these tactics will back fire on his performance. They already did vs Mayweather, but what I am referring to his a accumulative affect on his fitness currently.

160 above that he's giving up a lot height and reach.

I feel like its laziness thats got him up at 175. His ideal weight is probably 168.

It's 168, that also seemed to be his most effective weight

is hard to know as he just jumps up and down weight classes depending on which 'champion' looks the most beatable.

Canelo is genetically too gifted to jump between weights. His wide and thick body looks got created for boxing. He can have some problems at CW against a skilled fighter. He would be too stocky like a bowling ball It's not Canelo's fault that he was born with a wide framed body.

Logically it should be 160 but he's looked really good at 168. I think the tradeoff of a bit less movement for a bit more power has been beneficial to him.

                      So I'll say 168.
