Plant doesn't want to fight Benavidez. I mean, he may want to but he should not and anyone in his life who cares anything about him shouldnt let him. Its no shame or insut to Plant at all, but he is not on the level Benavidez is. He is a good fighter but not a great one and he should have been shown that in the bout with Canelo. Most men have a sense of pride n ego and self belief that tells them they can dig deep and overcome any man they face, but its simply not true where some fighters are concerned. No one is unbeatable, obv but it takes greatness to beat greatness.Comment

Any Cheeto face dusted boxing fan girl that calls a boxer a “bum” is never to be taken seriously; ever. I don’t care which boxer it is. Every boxer risks his/her life by repeatedly taking blows to the head and you have the audacity to call said person a “bum?” GTFO here and move over to a forum more beneficial towards your IQ. Perhaps Minecraft forums?

Funny thing is Benevidez isn’t a “great fighter” either. He literally throws punches like a looping amateur. Seriously, watch him! He lunges and throws looping shots. Each are boxing GOLD to the best counter puncher in all of boxing. Folks seem to have this love affair with his power. What happens when he finally meets someone that can not only take his power but smile? Enter stage left Canelo. Footwork favor ls Canelo. Speed favors Canelo. Counter punching and defense favors Canelo and power is on par. I’ll say Canelo’s chin is better than Benevidez’s as well. There literally isn’t a single thing that Benevidez does that Canelo doesn’t already do better.Plant doesn't want to fight Benavidez. So, if Plant isn’t “great” as you say, what makes Benevidez “great” that rates him anywhere close to getting a Canelo fight? Lemeiux?
