Chickens are coming home to roost for Hearn. He threw gargantuan amounts of money when he could have just offered 1.5x or 2x more than what these fighters' previous worth. Of course, they'll get the impression that money grow on DAZN trees. How can you blame these guys demanding 20x more?

I don’t quite understand what all the hate is about. Kell’s had his retirement fight, made a nice pot of money and doesn’t need the cash. Puts in a crazy offer to fight a young gun and gets that offer turned down as you’d expect. £10 million is an utterly mental amount of money to fight anyone. He didn’t get anything close to that for fighting Crawford who’s arguably P4P number 1. Why on earth would any promoter pay Kell £10 mill for fighting anyone?? No disrespect to Kell but realistically I doubt he expected Hearn to accept the offer and doubt very much he’ll ever fight again now. If he wanted to he wouldn’t be asking for £10 million.

It’s like when tradesmen quote for jobs they’re not bothered about or don’t need - they put in an overpriced quote, if the customer goes for it then they’re laughing at a nice payday, if they don’t then there’s nothing lost.

It's funny listening to Kell since his Khan win. Props for getting the fight at last and props for the win, but it was only Amir you beat lol. The fight was two over the hill fighters getting one last pay day, not that the winner is the biggest draw in The UK lol. For me fight Eubank JR at a catch weight, then call it a day.

Benn is young and fresh, so Brook should get the same amount he got for Khan, but the weight should be 154 instead of 149. Brook should retire, so they need to make it worth his while.
