I'm going this based this on how Leonard looked at each weight and taking in his age is a factor as well. Leonard at 154lbs and 160lb beats Canelo with relative ease, let's say 8-4 type decision.
168lbs is a bit different, Leonard didn't look all that great against Lalonde and Canelo has found his groove at 168lbs after a brief and controversially run at 160lbs and a good but somewhat overrated run at 154lbs. Based on Leonard showing a clear decline by the time he fought at 168lbs, the division not being his best, and he struggles against Lalonde, I say Canelo wins a close decision.
However, it's just as likely that Leonard stops Canelo late. Canelo still has bad stamina and Leonard was one of the best closers in the history of boxing. If Canelo tries taking a break on the ropes as he did against Plant, Leonard may not allow him time to recover and forces a ref stoppage.
