Catterall, and Ramirez are absolutely correct, ranking Lopez Jr at # 2 in the 140 pound weight class smack's of corruption.
Lopez is coming off an ugly defeat, one in which he even stated that he didn't want an immediate rematch, what fighter talks like that?
Almost all fighters call for an immediate rematch after a loss, especially if you were the champion, and lost all 4 belts.
To make matters worse he started to complain about behind the scene's conspiracies, medical issue's, and injuries for his loss.
If he has medical issues (asthma), and boxing related injuries, those will be mitigating circumstances for any, or all of his future fights.
Those are excuses that are being put out there, and being held at the ready for any future losses in his career, this is not the stuff that champions are made of.
That being said Catterall, and Ramirez are coming off of very good performance's Catterall off of a controversial loss in a championship fight, and Ramirez off a win over another top 10 ranked opponent.
Nothing would warrant giving Lopez Jr a shot at the 140 pound championship over longtime established 140 pounders Catterall, or Ramirez.
As a matter of fact Jose Zepeda, and Subriel Matias' legal team should file a complaint's against the WBO also, they are just as deserving of a title shot before Lopez Jr as well.
Better yet Lopez Jr should fight one of the 4 fighters stated in this post if he's so hot on getting a title shot, you've got to earn it at your new 140 pound weight class.

"the parties herein submit in writing to the WBO within 72 hours upon issuance of this notice their respective arguments and supported evidence as to why the WBO Ratings Committee shall grant your requests.”

That's some serious horse****. How much money do these guys pay the WBO and how much money are they having to pay their lawyers to argue something that should be written in the WBO's ranking bylaws? This is asinine to say the least.

I disagree with the #2 spot for Teofimo, WITHOUT EVER FIGHTING @ 140, and coming of f a loss at 135! Now if Teofimo fights and beats # 6 Barboza Jr., then I could see a #2 ranking, but not before! Lopez Jr. vs. Barboza Jr.! Make It Happen!

Teofimo lost his last fight. In a lower weight class.

This makes no sense other than greed or corruption.

Exactly. Everyone knows it’s Bob screwing his own boxers. Same as he’s done before.

                Why? Because he beat Loma?

Sorry but wins at 135 don’t mean much at 140.

They’ll both agree after he beats them silly.

Let him do that first, then. He just got walloped at 135, lost all of his belts, and didn't even think he could get them back so he's refused a rematch which Kambosas was immedaitely willing to do. Yeah, if he were moving up from being undisputed at 135, that lets him jump the line of course, but that's not at all what's happening.

WBO doesn't need no effing letters to explain this.

#1 - Paro vs # 2 Ramirez for the vacant #3 - Lopez vs #4 Catterall for the mandatory spot.

they make this ish harder than it needs to be
