Dumb thread. Lewis is widely accepted as an ATG heavyweight and it’s widely accepted that AJ isn’t the fighter he was propped up to be. I don’t know if the thread starter was attempting to bash Lewis or AJ but either way - dumb thread.

A.J became a unified champion in a few years and took immediate rematches ,Lewis a full decade just about and stalled his career mainly because of Mike Tyson but A.J wouldn’t do that either . Lewis also had to switch up trainers multiple times because of sub par performances and even losses he lucked out having Emmanuel Steward alive at that era ,it is speculation wheather Lewis would be as dominant and the same could be said for Wladimir Klitschko who also used Stewrads guidance .

You guys just love to hate ,when A.J defeats Usyk I wonder what excuses are next ?

        - - Heh, heh, ie most Dum and getting dummer by the day.

AJ wiped out Haymon's heavywt stable on his way to unified champ on the timeline back when Lewie was in training panties. Moreover he defended those unified titles against the best who would fight him. Lewie never defended his unified titles against anyone, not even a bum, ie noone...NOONE!!!

AJ the most popular fighter in British history setting attendance records. Brits didn't even regard Lewie as British much less care to see his fights, hence most of his title career begins in America. In that regard, he's more like Tygrrl than AJ. Ya could look it up.

AJ beats McCall and Rahman all day, every day. Ruiz and Usyk are both much better than those two. Also, prime Lewis lost (in reality) to a well over the hill Mercer, and looked like a one-paced plodder in that fight. He beat Holyfield who was a journeyman at HW, and the ghost of the shell of Mike "Asian hoes" Tyson, and after losing all six rounds to Vitali, was saved by a lucky cut and poor stoppage. Vitali (currently taking on the whole of Russia) wanted to continue. Lewis, whilst very good, is not in the class of the likes of Tyson Fury, Muhammad Ali, or Brian Sutherland. Nash out.

You sound like a bitter exgirlfriend I once had. I’ll tell you what I told her. “Get a life”. “Move on”, Find your own happiness, theirs a lot d1ck out there. “Don’t go away mad, just go away”.

Lennox Lewis, he never once beat a single opponent who wasn't also beaten by another heavyweight at some point or another. Or beaten any opponent that wasn't beaten as convincingly, or even more convincingly by another heavyweight. Outside of maybe Andrew Golota.
Every opponent Lewis beat, was already beaten just as convincingly, or sometimes even more convincingly before and / or after losing to Lennox Lewis by another heavyweight. And some of those heavyweights that beat Lennox Lewis's opponents just as convincingly or more convincingly, didn't even have all time great heavyweight records themselves.

The absolute best opponents Lewis beat, such as Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson, were already way past their best and were pretty much shot / washed up.

Your ignorance is showing... Lewis beat up all the young guns, never ducked a single... Briggs, Golata, Tua, Morrison, Ruddock, Vitalie, should I go on? there are more... Lewis has one of the best resumes of any heavyweights
