I replayed it in slow mo on my dvr, he steps too far back with his right leg there is no punch landed. It's hilarious how out of it Perez was though because he takes two huge shots at Soto while he's down but misses. Soto also hit Perez when he was down though, because his knee touches when he's against the ropes. Very poor refereeing, but no Knockdown on Soto, no way was he hit.

Arce is done at the top level. He needs to retire. I like Arce a lot, but there are some people that claim he deserves to be in the HOF. Even if he went on to beat Michael Carbajal instead of getting KOd while up on the cards that wouldn't have got him in either. The guy never beat an elite figther in his career. And Carbajal would've only been one.
