Why do folks complain about criticism? It comes with being at the top of anything in life. We live in a soft world where this guy and his fans can’t accept a difference of opinion on his greatness or even if someone had a close fight with him. Just keep winning and stfu. Boxing aint ishhh without the fans and maybe the fans want him to fight other people, it’s their right to want more, or less.

      I can't hate on Canelo, he's achieved a lot.

Criticise him here and there, but I think there's enough time to fight the other top guys like Benavidez.

No guarantee he'll beat Bivol, that's a tough fight, even though Dmitry showed a few vulnerabilities against Richards. Still, he beat Joe Smith quite easily.

(Albeit he has been getting brought up more, recently but I won't get too deep on that.)

There's so much I can write on this dude's career but I'll just try to summarize some things. Logically had he took care of business chronologically I highly doubt we would be here. & yes the opportunities were there! This dude has BEEN able to fight whoever & whenever as soon as he's ready for almost a decade. He jumped to 175 when there was food on the table at 60 when no one asked him to, eventually left, then said people just wanted to see him lose when the prospect of fighting certain 75lbers was brought to him at that time.

He literally opened himself up to that criticism, now he's back there. This is a very strategic effort, & that is the main reason I don't like this dude because he & mainstream media act so oblivious to what he's doing & the stuff he gets away with.. For clarification at this particular time I'm not mad at his opponent selection I'm just mad at the reasons other fights weren't made WHEN they were SUPPOSED to be. & when has the time you decided to fight someone not mattered in boxing? Smh I digress on him.

As for Eddie Hearn, he is a straight clown. It's becoming disgusting at this point. This is the same dude that told us Canelo's legacy would forever be in question cause he popped dirty. He told us Canelo doesn't wanna seem to fight Andrade around the time he was SUPPOSED to be fighting him. But now acts as if Canelo "would & could never do no wrong" & he's so "above that it's not in his nature." GTFOH
Why should Canelo be held to different standard than all the other fighters? Charlo has ducked Andrade too and before that Jacobs. Benavidez has only himself to blame for losing his title not once but twice. Beterbiev and Bivol could have fought each other but for whatever reason haven't. At least Beterbiev has challenged himself with Brown and Smith.
Golovkin is done at this point.

Name someone with a better resume.
          Honestly.
Danny Jacobs was TOP 3 @ 160 after himself & Golovkin.
And Callum Smith's best win (George Groves)
is better than anyone Charlo or Benavidez fought.
Bivol's resume is a laundry list of champs:
          Jean Pascal, Joe Smith, etc.
          Kovalev was his 175 debut.
Charlo & Andrade have avoided going up in weight.
          Why? Because it's hard.
These accomplishments are hard to do,
Which is why no one else is taking the risk of doing them.

I agree. Canelo’s resume speaks for itself. It shows how much of a cherrypicker he is. He fought Rocky Fielding with a rehydration clause and Avni Yildirim when he could have fought these fighters:

            Jermell
            Andrade
            Benavidez
            Beterbiev
            Briedis
            Okolie

those are the fights fans want to see. No more of this fielding and yildirim bullshyte.

He could have fought Benavidez instead of fighting Fielding and Yildirim. Let’s face it Canelo’s scared of Benavidez.

Andrade ducked Charlo, Lara, Sergiy, and now Janibek plus he was almost KTFO by Liam Williams

Hearn has said he is 6'5

Literally nobody was calling for another GGG fight after they went 24 rounds and the fights were good but nothing amazing and GGG is now 40 and never fought at 168. Fools acting like this is 2016 again. Benavidez would smash this version of GGG at 168. As for Bivol barely anyone had heard of him let alone seen him fight plus he is a boring fighter. Canelo chose the easiest deal even if it includes fighting at 175.
