People lose perspective don't they? lol. Lets take a talented fighter like Fernando Vargas... Dude was broughtb along perfectly. They fed him competition that gradually got better, he seemed to develop more skills. And even with a great program when he tried to make the jump, it just did not work. And its even worse when we go lower division. Juan Ma, seemed to be very talented, and was knockin them down until they just got him in against a guy who was resilant.
My point is that your age, you are a bit older than I, but even at 60, I see all the talented guys who have fallen down and settled for being decent fighters. Morrison was another. People would not recognize Tommy Morrison coming up...ditto for Razor Ruddock. Both guys were very good. But at the end of the day, even being talented does not guarantee success! Its a hard road to hoe.
