Love Danny. Love how humble he has always been even while having a crazy ass loud dad, it never rubbed off on Danny. His wins over Matthyse and Kahn are underrated IMO. But truth is, at 147 he’s lost all of his fights when he stepped up to the elite of the division. Does he still have a chance to be a world champ or is he now a good win for the young bulls to beat and upgrade to “elite” level?

Been a gatekeeper. If it wasn't for the ridiculous "tournament" suliman made at 147 he wouldn't have become champion beating a bigger bum in guerreroComment

He is! But in a good way! He’s strong and dangerous and doesn’t need a lot of footwork to make a great fight. As he gets older and fights some young guns, that will serve him well enough to not easily get sparked. I don’t think he’s war torn either.
If he goes to 154 he should fight a couple no names and fellow fighters who just moved up. See how he does with them and if successful, move towards some of the bigger names. If he isn’t, at least we know he wouldn’t be beaten to a pulp in vain and he can call it career before it gets to that point.Comment

He's a gatekeeper of sorts but there are different levels of gates to keep. The fact he fights as infrequently as he does kind of masks the role he plays among the contenders.Comment
