    Berlanga Suspended by NYSAC Indefinitely?

Just saw this on his Boxrec: suspended by New York State Athletic Commission indefinitely.

    Anybody know why?

      It’s cause he just fought.

Many fighters on the card are in the same situation.

You see this a lot with fighters who recently fight, I think Nevada does the same thing.

Now British folks, correct me if I'm wrong but do you guys have the same thing going on over there? I remember a few weeks ago watching a British fight with an obvious journeyman as one of the opponents and the commentators were saying stuff as long as the J-Man can avoid getting knocked out he can turn around next week and step back in the ring. So as long as a J-Man doesn't get knocked out can he can fight again in a relatively short turnaround?

It’s 7 days I believe mate, but if you’re stopped by punches to the head or knocked out it’s 28-45 days suspension.
