what exactly is so wrong with roids??
I personally would not take them but for health reasons and nothing else...
I mean it's the same reason why I don't smoke or drink (much) but the latter two are 100% legal...I say if you wanna take a chance and *** up your health it's on you...

I just don't' get why they would treat steroids like they do Crack or *******....don't' make much sense to me....can anyone enlighten me??

Would you/have you taken roids?? what can you tell me about them?
It's because they make your balls smaller.

But seriously, it's because when you take steriods, it allows you push yourself beyond your limit, when you say work out. I saw a documentary when a guy on roids said that he had plateauedamd could only bench 325 or so. But On roids, he could do nearly 400. He said that if felt like Hercules because no matter how much weight he was lifting, it felt like nothing.

its not, theyre bad for ya. you cant expect the athletic commision to publically allow something dangerous to be legal.

last time I checked, that whole 'blood doping' thing was illegal...but Ill admit firsthand I dont know much when it comes to cheating in sports, so...feel free to correct me.

Ahaha...if not for nothing else they should be illigal cuz of that....dont' no body want tiny ballzaks!!! hahaha

but for real though the whole "push yourself beyond your limit" argument doesn't hold any water as it pertains to law...where is the crime there??

theres no reason to risk an athletes life just to gain an advantage. its pointless

Last time I checked it wasn't quite "safe" to take blows to the head or to have your face split open by a punch....so in a sense they are allowing dangerous things to be legal....they allow human beings to punch each other some times till death.....hahahah....but honestly.......I see what our saying but still not answering the core questions......the legality of roids has nothing to do with what you posted....they dont' have a problem allowing their boxers to smoke....(boxers don't do it because it would ruin their careers and health but its not illegal) so why are roids?

They are potentially lethal and obviously shouldn't be taken recreationally, but it just seems like the sole reason they were made illegal in the first place was because of the unfair advantage issue, which could have been made a non issue.....at the end of the day I think grown adults have to assume risk when making their own choices as to what to put in their bodies, not some nanny state.

Agree with you100% no doubt about that.....however neither you or I have the right make decisions on something that is not ours.....if an athlete decides to risk their own life/health.....who are we to tell them they can't???
