I don't think this will go well for Canelo

If Bivol doesn’t score a knockdown or two there is no way he wins this fight if it goes to decision. All Canelo needs to do in any fight is win 3 rounds and he wins the fights since he already has a 4 round advantage before the bell rings. It’s the truth and I bet the past judges who favored Canelo heavily will be the judges for Canelo-Bivol.

what sucks is this is the most “dangerous” fight after this he’s fighting a 40 year old GGG and another stiff who is willingly going to give him a Cruiserweight belt. DAZN is the worse man, over paying Canelo to face their weak thin roster.

The problem is, he won't be able to KO Canelo. If the fight goes to the score cards, no one is winning a decision against Canelo. Whether they deserve it or not.

What if Bivol outboxes pednelo every round winning convincingly I believe there is a chance to get a draw lol

It will take a few rounds for Canelo to get Bivol's timing and range. The issues with these fighter is that they can't keep Canelo off of them.

Having knock downs still won't be enough. Only way to beat Canelo is to knock him out. Kov lost after dropping Ward once, Holt lost after dropping Bradley twice, Marquez drew after getting knocked down 3 times lol. Judges will still find a way to give it to Canelo if it goes the full 12.

Judges won't give a decision to a Russian given what's going on.

Bivol may already have his excuses ready saying he couldn't train with all the Russia distractions as well.

Bivol is going to surprise a lot of people, he's being overlooked. Canelo is the P4P king right now, but this is no walk in the park. Bivol is the hardest fighter to outpoint at 175 and he's the bigger man. He's got great distance control, poise and ring IQ, he's going to keep Canelo on the end of his jabs and 1-2s for long spells and win rounds for sure.

HUGE credit to Canelo if he gets the W here, imo this is the toughest fight he could have taken.

Have the judges handed in the score cards yet?

Caleb Plant and Billy Joe Saunders to their credit came to win, but if people are honest with themselves? Those fighters are not elite level fighters. They would only be mere defenses and contenders against past Middle-Weight fighters like Joe Calzaghe & Carl Froch.

Carl Froch would of stopped both Caleb Plant & Billy Joe Saunders.
Did they turn up to win? Plant and BJS just tried to 'box' to a decision despite knowing that you have to win 15 rounds to get a decision against Canelo.

I'm waiting for Canelo to fight a guy who isn't afraid of putting it on him, someone like Benavidez or Beterbiev.
