Depends. If he's still on the cycle, yes. If not, no. Depends on how it's done. Look at Jameel McCline, for instance. Think he wasn't on the juice? Look at how he looked against Arreola - like someone ****** the muscle right out of him. Tell me...how come he never got caught?
I like people to understand fully that, Pacquiao didn't carry all his power as he has gone up---as evidence with both Diaz and Oscar--both who commented that Pacquiao DID NOT punch hard. The KO that Pacquiao put on Hatton was largely due to Hatton's poor defense.
If supplements are the reason how Pacquiao builds bulk---is that really illegal?Comment

I don't know the case with Jameel McCline--but personally, I just don't see how any fighter in this day and age could get away with using a banned substance like the anabolic steroid Nandrolone which helps you heal faster, etc. I'm sure the Athletic Commission tested both pre and post samples from the Pacquioa-Delahoya fight.
I like people to understand fully that, Pacquiao didn't carry all his power as he has gone up---as evidence with both Diaz and Oscar--both who commented that Pacquiao DID NOT punch hard. The KO that Pacquiao put on Hatton was largely due to Hatton's poor defense.
